Crystal Reports Developer (3 Years)
Crystal Reports Developer, extensive complex reports development exp with SAP/Business Objects Crystal Reports 2008 in a BOE XI environment using multiple source database platforms (SQL DB2 as minimum). Strong written, oral communication, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to plan, schedule and arrange own activities in accomplishing objectives. Experience with Business Objects WEBI and Universe development a plus.

Referral Policy
Effective from January 01, 2008, we have made our referral policy more attractive. We will pay upto US $500 for each candidate referred by our employees and hired by us. This referral amount will be paid after three months referred candidate's employment.

Fraudulent Awareness
It has been found that unscrupulous individuals/placement agencies have been enticing candidates with job opportunities at
SoftPeople for a fee. SoftPeople wishes to state that the company has never charged money for recruiting candidates nor does the company have an authorized agency or firm for recruiting candidates.
We receive a number of complaints from candidates who have posted their resumes in employment websites and they are offered employment at SoftPeople that require payment of cash deposit into specified bank accounts.Note that these are fake job offers.
Also note that all mails to candidates have a statutory warning against payment of cash for securing jobs at SoftPeople.
In case you or any of your friends or acquaintances receives such mails, please do not pay/deposit money. These mails must be ignored and marked as SPAM.
But in the event there was already a payment made, please lodge a complaint with the nearest police station so that necessary action can be taken against the imposters.
